Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
It must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required.

Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products that have been used, washed, or damaged post-delivery.
Items purchased under clearance sale or promotional offers.
Customized, engraved, or special-made items.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status. If your return is approved:
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via UPI/bank transfer after confirmation.
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos as proof. We will replace the item or initiate a full refund without additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Please contact our support team at the earliest.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled and will follow the standard return process.
