Returns
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Non-returnable Items
Products used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Items from clearance sales or promotional offers.
Customized, engraved, or made-to-order products.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
COD refunds via UPI or bank transfer upon confirmation.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
Report damaged or wrong items within 48 hours with images/videos for a replacement or full refund.
